Andy is a seasoned international tax professional and the founder of Andesi Global Tax, LLC. He also serves as the Head of Quantitative Tax Consulting Services at Zahn Law Global, LLP. With over 15 years of experience, Andy has advised a wide range of clients, including family offices, financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, private equity firms, and technology companies.
His areas of expertise include domestic and international tax analysis, compliance, and reporting, with a particular focus on U.S. cross-border tax laws such as Foreign Tax Credits, CFC/PFIC rules, GILTI, and tax treaty planning. Andy has successfully guided global clients through complex tax regulations and resolved foreign asset non-compliance issues.
Andy speaks Chinese fluently, advises many Asian clients, and is a sought-after speaker on U.S. cross-border tax matters in China. Prior to establishing his practice, he held management roles at Ernst & Young, Citigroup, and AIG.
