Her career prior to founding Hughes Klaiber included ten years with Citigroup and several years in advertising agencies. She received an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida.
After many years living in New York City, she and her husband now live in New Jersey with their two daughters.
