Brian Gordon is President of State Tax Audit Representation, Inc. His focus is to represent you or your clients on NYS Sales Tax audits, Residency Tax audits and other tax problems. Previously, and for many years Brian was an executive in the NYS Tax Department where he was involved in many high value tax audits. He is a frequent lecturer on various state tax topics. He is on the NCCPAP Nassau/Suffolk Board, co-chair of the NCCPAP MAP Committee and is also a member of the NYSSCPA State and Local Tax Committee.
