Liz Burkhalter, CPA is the Associate Director of CPA Pipeline at the AICPA & CIMA. She is responsible for defining, leading and executing the CPA Pipeline Strategic Plan (“Pipeline Acceleration Plan”) that is aimed at strengthening the CPA Pipeline. Her oversight on programs and initiatives are aimed at attracting high school students to accounting, university students to major in accounting, accounting and other graduates, along with young professionals to sit for the CPA Exam, supporting CPA Candidates through the CPA Exam process, and ultimately promoting the profession. Additionally, Liz leads the overall administration of the Experience, Learn, and Earn program (“ELE”) within her team.
Prior to joining the AICPA CPA Exams team in 2016, she held previous experience as an auditor and accountant at a global diagnostic imaging company.
