Jaime Linder, Esq., represents individuals and corporate taxpayers in tax controversy disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance on matters including New York State and New York City residency audits, New York State sales and use tax audits, Internal Revenue Service audits and appeals, New York City commercial rent tax audits, tax warrants, voluntary disclosure, installment agreements, offers in compromise, levies and seizures, innocent spouse relief claims, and penalty abatement requests. She is a frequent author on tax topics for multiple accounting and legal publications.
Previously, Jaime worked at a major accounting firm in its international tax department. Jaime is a graduate of Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University.
