Neil D. Katz, J.D., LL.M., CPA,
As 2024 draws to a close, we are that much closer to scheduled roll-back of the Federal Estate Tax Exemption (along with many other provisions). In addition, with the election in the rear-view mirror much will need to be discussed as to the direction that the estate tax rules will take. During this session we will discuss those things that happened during 2024 that impact estate planning (including the Connelly case and the finalization of the IRA minimum distribution rules) and look forward to the scheduled and potential changes that will impact our higher net worth clients and their families and be an imperative part of your practice.
